Kerri Dantos is a vice president and actuary for Prudential’s Pension Risk Transfer PRT business, where she supports transaction strategy, structure, and pricing. Kerri brings unique insights from her extensive knowledge of pension risk mitigation and PRT pricing to help sponsors optimize the economic benefits of a transaction.

Kerri has broad industry experience from her prior roles in pension consulting, where she helped corporate and public plan sponsors understand the risks and merits of key pension management decisions, including contribution strategy, expense forecasting, asset allocation, and plan design. Kerri has extensive experience working with plans on a de-risking journey, helping pension committees to understand the financial impacts of pension risk transfer through lump sum windows, buy-ins, and buy-outs. Kerri also served as a pricing lead for PRT buy-in and buy-out transactions.

Kerri earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Connecticut. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.
